GOOGLE:
Google is, possibly, the Internet search engine largest and most used. It offers a quick and easy to find information on the web, with access to an index of over 8,000 million web pages. Google currently responds to over 200 million requests per day.
Google uses several web spiders whose function is to collect and sort the information.
There is also others search engine types. Some are: images, news, videos, or maps
- Google Images:
This is a specialization of the main search engine for images.
- Google News:
Google News is an automated newsgathering.
- Google Video:
Search videos with Adobe Flash viewer. In beta. The user can upload their own videos. It also stores videos uploaded by Google from different sources into the public domain or with special permission.
- Google Maps:
Google Maps is the service via the Web, which allows us to see the world through satellite imagery, image maps or combine the two. Thanks to search engine, we can look for places around the world and visualize effectively.

My ideas about computer technology and English:
The computer has became a basic tool for everyone, the computer has multiple uses and functions: from listening to music and watch movies, to organize and manage the stock of a company.
Thancks to internet, the computer has become the best way to communicate to the rest of the world: for example, two people can make a video call, or a company can publish their products or services on a Websites.
Currently English is the language most used in the world. if you travel to another country, surely you will can to communicate with people in this language.
On the other hand English is the lenguage used in the computers world. I´m studing computing and It is essential learn English for create programs or websites.
For these reasons English is so important.
